I'm a software engineer who speaks nine languages (English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Swedish and Russian). I've cracked the code for language learning for professionals and overachievers.
I'm a member of the invitation-only International Hyperpolyglots Association and have appeared in numerous podcasts.
Most importantly, I can save you years of wasted effort and put you on the path of your own amazing language journey.
I love helping people learn languages.
Here are a handful of 100% unsolicited, unadulterated (but somewhat abridged) testimonials from native speakers in the languages I speak. (My French and Dutch are better than any of the languages on this list; my German, Portuguese and Swedish are at least as good as my Russian, if not better).
As far as I’m concerned, Mohan could easily move to Sweden today and be just fine. He’s got an accent but hey... who doesn’t have an accent.
Same with Italian! He'd not have any problem moving to Italy! I have spoken with Mohan in Italian on different occasions and about different topics and he never had a problem understanding me or keep the conversation going on!
I am very skeptical of those who claim they know X number of languages, but Mohan jeez.
Very seldom I need to interrupt Mohan to correct him (he is very open to feedback) and overall same, he can move to Colombia and get around easily. Most likely he will need to get used to Colombian specific words but I am sure Mohan will handle this easily. Mohan the great!
Ты особенный студент. Ты умный и у тебя хорошая память. У тебя свои методы изучения языков. Большинство людей обыкновенные и им подойдут обычные методы обучения.
Translation: You are a special student. You are smart and you have a good memory. You have your own methods of learning languages. Most people are ordinary and normal methods of teaching will suit them
